In a country endowed with a wide variety of tasty, aromatic and healthy fruits, we want to offer
products that the consumer will enjoy and to maintain to the maximum the high nutritional value of
fruits offered by Greek nature.
This is how our story began:
The idea and vision for the creation of Bloom Aronia was born in Evritania in September 2019, when
Elias and Michalis discovered aronia in a village cafe while chatting with a producer, Panagiotis. They
quickly found out from scientific publications and also testimonies from producers and consumers, the
extremely beneficial properties of this fruit. Thus, the impetus was given to embark on a project to
make this gift of nature widely available.

What makes the BLOOM Aronia products different?
The high quality of raw materials, all our products have been developed and tested to verify that a significant part of the properties that go in are still in the bottle at the time they are likely to be enjoyed by our customers.
Last not least we have given special emphasis on production health and safety.
As importantly, we have carried out market research and also a number of tasting sessions, varying the audiences: in order make sure that they are tailored-made to suit our target market (see Q&A target market below) and the expectations from products such as ours.
Who is your target market?
First, we’re age agnostic. After all, market research has shown us that interest in natural products that are healthy and rich in antioxidants spans age brackets: if anything, the younger appear to be even more interested in such products!
Second, we believe and hope our products ought to make market segmentation redundant as everyone should enjoy healthy products that are good for them! Whereas we believe that our products would appeal to those with an interest in fitness and healthy eating … about half of the people in our research would consider their diet neither healthy nor unhealthy. Well, most of us have been in the situation when we feel we ought to improve our diet and go through a phase when we feel we want to balance better our food. BLOOM Aronia would come handy in that situation.
Finally, some way down the line and after some thought we had a Eureka moment and decided to target the people who say that they make their juices and smoothies at home. In other words we thought of aiming to attract the demanding ones.
Why do we want to attract them? (1) they are a lot more numerous than one might think as they make up almost 50% of the people we asked, (2) we thought that if we can attract them we will probably also attract the rest of our market!
What is the recommended quantity of BLOOM Aronia booooster (natural aronia juice) that I can consume at any one time?
Even though, in general, aronia juice is very good for you one should not take more than the recommended quantity. The optimal quantity to consume at one time ranges between 50 to 100ml and no more than 2 or 3 times a day (maximum daily quantity 150ml to 200ml). The optimal quantity varies according to an individual’s physical characteristics such as weight and body type. Furthermore, as aronia can help normalise and lower your blood pressure, it should be consumed with care by people with hypertension.
Can you give us some ideas as to how to best enjoy the BLOOM Aronia booooster?
With pleasure! For a start, you can always enjoy it on its own as a juice before or after your gym, jogging, your cycling session or as part of your brunch, a snack break or even lunch be it a sandwich or a proper meal!
Some of the founders are known to have included the booooster juice to their morning routine: they pour some natural, organic aronia juice to their yoghurt, alongside with oats and fresh fruits, to start their day with a very healthy and colourful breakfast!
Friends of the founders have discovered to enjoy their gin with the booooster juice.
Ultimately the choice is yours, as is your imagination and remember de gustibus non est disputandum (rough translation: as far as taste is concerned, not much you can argue with)
How has the best before date been set in the case of BLOOM Aronia products?
When the founders discovered aronia and were impressed with its benefits and its strong antioxidant capacity in particular: they created BLOOM Aronia with a view to harnessing such benefits, to the maximum possible degree in the BLOOM products. The expiry date is a reflection of the length of time where our products still have the bulk of those benefits.
What is the best way to store BLOOM Aronia products before opening and within how many days should they be consumed once opened?
BLOOM Aronia products should be stored away from the sun and in a relatively cool place. Once opened they should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
Why do you claim Real Fruit Quality in the case of your juice and smoothies?
We and our supplier take special care to ensure that the aronia berries that go into our juice are of prime grade.
The quality of fruits that is to go into our smoothies are also of similar high quality. Why? First, because we would like our customers to enjoy the smoothies in a similar fashion as if they were making them themselves in the kitchen.
Second, because of Bloom Aronia’s mission statement which is to bring the benefits of the fruits to the consumer: well, one main way to achieve that is to use fruits that we’d also be happy to put in our plate or in our home-made smoothies!
Last not least, because that’s how we differentiate ourselves compared to competition.
