The next step was to decide on the kind of products and to look for a scientific team to support their development. That is where our collaboration began with the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Agricultural School of the Aristotle University.

Having verified the strong antioxidant properties of our products through the academic research, we are kicking-off the launch of the BLOOM ARONIA series with the juice booster.
As of November 2021 we are developing the industrial scale study for the production of our smoothies and we are looking to launch them in the course of 2022.
